Complete Truemed’s health survey. An independent licensed provider reviews eligibility and, when appropriate, issues a Letter of Medical Necessity.
If eligible and the option is offered, pay with your HSA/FSA card. Keep your receipt and supporting documentation.
Where reimbursement is supported, pay with a personal credit or debit card and keep your receipt.
If a Truemed assessment is provided with your order, follow its instructions and complete the required review. Eligible customers may receive a Letter of Medical Necessity.
Follow your account’s reimbursement process and retain your receipt and any required documentation.
Payment options vary. Confirm the route and documentation requirements before purchasing.

Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts are US accounts that can use pre-tax funds for qualified medical expenses. Eligibility, contributions, deadlines, and coverage depend on the account and plan.
Check the payment options offered at checkout and review your account’s requirements before purchasing. If a Truemed option is available, follow its eligibility steps. HSA/FSA use is limited to qualified medical expenses; eligibility is not automatic.
A Letter of Medical Necessity documents a clinician’s determination that a purchase is medically necessary for a particular condition. A provider’s review is required where applicable; approval is not automatic.
Truemed offers reimbursement journeys at participating merchants. Where that route is supported, you pay with a personal card and submit the required documentation to your HSA/FSA administrator.
No. It compares purchasing power before and after an assumed tax rate. The product price does not change. The example is illustrative; actual tax savings vary.
For FSA reimbursement, follow your plan’s claim and documentation requirements. For an HSA, you are responsible for ensuring the expense qualifies and keeping supporting records. Read the IRS account guidance.
This page describes US HSA/FSA benefits. It does not describe payment or tax benefits in other countries. You can still explore Duryn’s products through the regular store.
