Duryn One subscriptions

The initial subscription order includes the Duryn One pitcher and one cartridge for US$149 in the United States or €149 in euro-priced markets. Subsequent deliveries contain one replacement cartridge only, priced at US$39 or €39 every 90 days, with free refill shipping. The currency, total and billing schedule shown at checkout apply to your order.

Your payment method is charged automatically for recurring deliveries until you cancel. Use the subscription management link in your subscription emails to pause, skip or cancel future deliveries and review your next charge date. Make changes before the next charge is processed. Cancelling future refills does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been paid.

For pre-orders, check your first refill charge date in your subscription account and contact hello@duryn.com if it needs adjusting around your pitcher shipment. The cartridge replacement guidance is 100 US gallons (approximately 379 litres) or 90 days of use, whichever comes first; higher usage may require an earlier replacement.

Pre-orders

Duryn One pre-orders collect the full initial price at checkout. Eligible VIP-code orders placed by the end of October 2026 are scheduled to ship in November 2026; standard pre-orders are scheduled to ship in December 2026. See our shipping policy for details.

To request cancellation of an unfulfilled pre-order, contact hello@duryn.com with your order number. For fulfilled orders, returns and refunds are covered by our return and refund policy. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
