2-Year Limited Warranty Duryn offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all Duryn One pitchers and hardware components. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use.

What Is Covered?

• Defective stainless steel components (e.g., rusting or structural failure).

• Leaks caused by manufacturing defects in the silicone seals or assembly.

• Structural defects in the glass housing present upon arrival.

What Is Not Covered?

• Accidental Glass Breakage: While our borosilicate glass is durable, it is not unbreakable. Damage caused by drops, impacts, or thermal shock (extreme temperature changes) is not covered.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.

• Consumables: Filter cartridges are consumable items and are not covered under the warranty unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Improper Use: Damage resulting from putting non-dishwasher-safe parts in the dishwasher or using the product with water microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.

2. Include a photo or video of the issue.

3. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement part or a brand-new unit at no cost to you.
