Shipping Policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the EU, UK, and selected international destinations.

Duryn One pre-orders

Full payment is collected when you place your pre-order. Eligible VIP orders placed with the priority code in the product page’s VIP field by the end of October 2026 are scheduled to ship in November 2026. Standard pre-orders are scheduled to ship in December 2026. These are shipment months, not delivery dates. The VIP code provides shipment priority only, with no additional price discount.

Pre-orders are excluded from the in-stock processing times below. We will contact you if the estimated shipment timing changes.

Processing time for in-stock orders

In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Delivery time

  • France & EU: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

Shipping times may vary during peak periods.


Shipping costs

Subscription cartridge refills include free shipping. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.


Customs & duties

For EU orders, prices include VAT where applicable.

For non-EU orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
